LinkGlobe ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

Account data: email address, display name, handle, bio, and profile photo when you sign up.
Product data: URLs and metadata for products you add to your storefront.
Usage data: click counts per product and per country for your analytics dashboard.
Billing data: subscription status. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Affiliate tags: the affiliate IDs you enter for each marketplace (e.g. Amazon Associates tags).

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the Service
To route affiliate links to the correct regional store
To display analytics in your dashboard
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
We do not sell your data to third parties

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Data is stored in the EU region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account from within the dashboard settings. For data requests, email hello@linkglobe.co.

6. Third Parties

Supabase — database and authentication
Stripe — payment processing
Vercel — hosting and edge delivery

Each third party has their own privacy policy. We only share data with them to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

7. Children

LinkGlobe is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
